Roast Norfolk turkey with apricot stuffing, pigs in blankets

and duck roasted potatoes


     Crispy pork belly with an apple, leek and cider sauce 


Fillets of seabass stuffed with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes

with a lemon and dill butter


Pan-fried guinea fowl supreme with a red wine, thyme, button mushroom,

shallot and bacon sauce
